Greater Golden Hill is home to a rich variety of small businesses that are part of the unique character of our neighborhoods. Every other month the GGHCDC holds business mixers to give current and prospective business owners and community members the opportunity to mix and mingle.

The Greater Golden Hill CDC is proud to facilitate several projects lead by community members, including the Golden Hill Intelligent Community Project, the Critical Hours After School Program at Youth Education Town, the Golden Hill Community Garden, and community events including the Old House Fair.

C L E A N , G R E E N , S A F E
In response to the community�s call for increased services and amenities in Greater Golden Hill, as identified by two community design forums in 2006,the GGHCDC has partnered with the City of San Diego to form a Maintenance District which will address key issues of safety,infrastructure maintenance and beautification.

R E V I T A L I Z A T I O N
As part of our mission driven work the GGHCDC is dedicating to breathing new life into the community though its revitalization program ensuring that community needs, green building techniques, respect of the rich architectural history of the area, are included in the design. Projects are designed with concepts that encourage increased use and enjoyment and provide an example for future infrastructure improvement projects throughout the community.
