The GGHCDC will be creating a project at 811 25th Street that will act as a welcoming gateway to our community. The project will be a mixed-use development with ground floor commercial to provide needed community services and housing rising above. The project will set the bar for future development and provide a catalyst for future improvement of the commercial corridor. It will address important needs in the community and provide an example for future developments.
